SVC WINTER CLASSIC TOURNAMENT FEB.20 and FEB.21

Temperature Checks:

• Players/coaches will be temperature checked before going to their court for their officiating assignment or match
• Spectators will be temperature checked BEFORE entering the facility to purchase their admission pass 

Masks or face covering ( this will be enforced please talk with your parents)

• Coaches will be required to wear a face covering while coaching 
• Players must wear a mask when entering/exiting the building to play their games and while on the bench.
• All Spectators will be required to wear a face covering at all times

Unless when eating.

Sanitizing/Safety Measures

• Balls will be sanitized between matches
• Hand Sanitizer will be provided at each score table for teams
• Hand sanitizer will be placed in the gym entry doors 
• Concession workers will wear masks when social distance is not possible and they will wear gloves.
• Players need to bring their own water bottles – DO NOT SHARE!!!!
• Pencils will be sanitized at the conclusion of every match
• Bring and use your own volleyballs for warmups

Athlete and Coach Entry

• Athletes and coaches will be temperature checked and noted on the team roster.  
• No athlete or coach will be allowed in until the roster is turned in.
• No athlete or coach will be allowed into the gym until the previous wave has been concluded and the gym has been cleared 
• Teams will be given wristbands indicating that they have been screened by my staff and are clear to play. Wristbands must be worn on the wrist all times if given one by the Site Director.

Officiating Duties:

• SVC will provide R1 for the match ages 13 and up 
• R2 -Head coach or assistant coach (we will provide hand whistles) 
• Table (No eating, must wear mask)
  • Flip scorer
  • Paper Scorer 
  • Line Judges

Players/coaches/spectators not participating in a match – must sit outside the facility or in your assigned club area and please respect social distance. 

Face coverings are required at all times and social distance will be observed. Parents not following procedure will be asked to leave and the team may be penalized.  

When not playing, spectators and teams should go to their designated team area. This will be enforced, we will have SVC staff members to direct people to their correct area.
