Coach Tatiana
AAU Coordinator / Assistant Director
Tatiana's love for volleyball began as a parent watching from the sidelines, but it soon grew into a passion for coaching the game itself. What started as cheering on her own children turned into a deep commitment to teaching young athletes the fundamentals of volleyball.
Tatiana joined SVC in 2018 and has spent 8 years with the club, serving as a travel assistant coach, regional coach, developmental coach, AAU Director, and stats analyst. She most enjoys working with younger players, helping them build a solid foundation in passing, setting, and court awareness from the very start.
Her volleyball background also includes serving as parent liaison at SVC, account manager for the Chargers club, and team manager and stats analyst for Pequeñas Indias. She specializes in defensive skill training, fundamentals training, and mental skill training.
As a school psychologist, Tatiana brings a unique perspective to the gym. She naturally incorporates social-emotional learning into her trainings, helping players grow not just as athletes but as confident, resilient young people both on and off the court.
Off the court, Tatiana is a proud mom of two, wife to Coach Jorge, and dog mom to Maya. Together with Jorge, she creates an environment where technical skill and personal growth go hand in hand.
